what. in. the. frick?
Yeah, THEY are all clowns. It's not YOU. It's THEM. Jordon Jefferson really IS just as good as Terrell Pryor. And you really ARE an intelligent and logical poster.

wow, this pissing fight is about to come to an end. I think all of us here now know that none of ya'll have a freakin' clue. Please get back on point or go have your slap fight on the OT.
BTW, in my opinion: I think it is much too early to make statements with regards to either QB. Both had positives, both had negatives, and neither had much experience.
Lee:
Positive: Actually moved the ball for our offense. Was able to score points and lead drives that resulted in points that mattered. You can also attribute some Ws to him as he was the quarterback during games we won. Great arm strength. Never quits. Besides the Alabama game, was able to make plays for us in crucial times.
Negative: Throws into double coverage. Looks uncomfortable (although I think this argument is horse crap. Peyton Manning looks like he's gonna crap himself every play with the way he dances in the pocket). Stares down receivers.
Jordan Jefferson:
Positive: Mobility. Looks comfortable (so did Ryan Leaf; see above for more details). Very good arm strength.
Negative: Only able to lead us on 3 scoring drives against the worst two defenses in the SEC. Both teams he faced made adjustments to remove his mobility as an asset and our offense shut down as a result. Zero wins to his name.
I think that both guys still have a ton to prove. And I'm hopeful that Miles and Crowton will allow the best QB to see the field in the future. I think that we are in great position in the future with either guy because they are both very talented.
At this point, neither has really done anything to set himself apart from the other. I also think that this is what happened in the spring and fall practices last off season. Hopefully, one, or both, of these guys steps up before we head out to Washington.
Either way, it is much too early to tell and we are in good shape regardless.

Wow, that was very valid and put together. Too bad we aren't comparing JJ and Lee but we are comparing JJ and Terrell Pryor.
If you are going to make fun of an argument, at least make fun of the right argument. Otherwise you look as stupid as tuculubo.

you may well be the lamest internet personality in the history of dumbass message board arguments.

Neither JJ nor TP have done enough to even warrent a discussion.

You mock 4444 for putting words in his mouth and you do the same thing. You are doing nothing but proving everyone else's point that you are stupid. What is funny is that you mock somebody's post count
quote:(I included it so you can't say that I made it up) and you have been around this site 3 months more than me and have 3000 more posts. Fine, I am follower if I don't agree with you when it comes to JJ and Pryor being the same.

Why are you bothering? It is laughable that you call me a follower for agreeing with someone else's opinion on a message board. Enjoy prom and the rest of high school.

No, you said that "JJ is just as good as Terrol Pryor." At this point, he isn't even close. Does he have talent? Yes. But, he hasn't even proven that he can win one football game. Terrol Pryor is much better at this point.

That is what you were trying to say.

Nowhere in your argument have you stated this. These are words straight from your mouth. You have just argued with that fact that we are wrong and provide no vaild points when you yourself haven't provided shite. The best part about this is that you agree with the guy who tried to defend you when he wasn't even talking about Pryor and JJ. It is amazing how you can even continue to try and argue this.
Posted on 12/19/08 at 3:58 pm to roscoethetiger
it doesnt matter. all of this is of opinion, and imo jefferson looks ALOT like pryor. That is my damn opinion and mine alone. Is he as good as pryor?? dont really know yet. But, thier measurables are about the same and APEAR to have the same leadership qualities.
Posted on 12/19/08 at 3:59 pm to roscoethetiger
it is funny that you keep on with the immaturity crap, you and a few other closed minded individuals on here can't expand your simple minds and do something as simple as compare two QB's without insulting people. then you try tomake it look like I'm the one startin shite when it's y'all all along, little man keep following, catchup with the rest of the sheep.

just, for the record, a guy with your ability to piece together a logical, well thought out, coherent statement; and then put that statement into a grammatically (you're and they're...look them up) correct post should really avoid calling anyone a dumbass.
If disagreeing with you somehow makes me a follower, then someone point the way. For the record, the popular opinion these days in BR is that JJ is the man and Lee will never play again. So how does disagreeing with this make me a follower?
Posted on 12/19/08 at 4:00 pm to dreaux
Dreaux, that is the most intelligent thing said on this topic. The first statement in this whole thread was JJ is just as good as Pryor and you were agreeing tubucuco. Now, you are changing it. But, you are right. It is your opinion. Apparently, if you have your own opinion, you are a follower.

JJ is comparable to Pryor is the same to me as sayin he is just as good.

quote:well really its not a fair comparison. Big ten vs sec. having started at what game 2 or 3 vs game 12?? And the lose to arky was a team effort not just jefferson. also pryor had a much better defense on his side the whole year.
