it's fine for what it is. I'm not a gambler and i understand "money line" and point spread and that's about it. I wish they would take time, every once in a while, to explain the gambling terms.

A while back, I started listening to Chuck Oliver or Josh Pate's podcast on the way home from work. I'd much rather hear good college football talk than an idiot talking about the line on the Mariners-Angels game.
Ott seems like the sort of guy who is always running to the pawn shop -- either to bring in his wife's engagement ring or pick it back up.

I used to love his show before he took the role as lead gambler.

I used to say to myself, "this guy doesn't finish a thought." After listening for 5 min I realized he doesn't finish a sentence and sometimes doesn't finish the word at the end of a half thought.
Reminds me of Kevin on the office: me think, why waste time say lot word, when few word do trick"

I would say at least his show has gone full gambling angle. I can not listen if I want. When he was with Charlie before, he would use points spreads to make every argument .

Jimmy Ott is not only by far the best radio host in the state he’s arguably the best radio personality in the country.

Jimmy seems like a guy that would offer you advice and then laugh at you behind your back. I’m not a gambler. If Ott has an addiction to gambling, he needs to seek help at the Spring Wellness Center.
