He's over 18. She's 14. Those are the only details that matter and they are not in dispute.
Statutory rape is a strict liability offense people. The circumstances do not matter. If sexual activity occurs between prohibited age partners, it's a crime. No wiggle room - no extenuating circumstances - no exculpatory evidence - nothing.
Learn this. Accept this. Live by this. Because a lot of people can't seem to get this through their horny brains and they end up getting punished..almost universally once the authorities get involved.

Actually you asswipe I do have daughters and I know I have raised them alot better than that. Plus I see this shite in the ER all the time some parents catch their 14-16 yo daughter having sex and they want them "checked out". And most of the time it's not their first time. They should have spent more time with their kids in the first place. Mrs Lith gives ours a talk and then mine is you be a good girl ,'get a Lexus, Nice place to live and comfortable allowance through school or you can do whatever go and pay your own way and buy your own car
