Isnt he the one that was accused of having sex with a 14 year old too? Or was that someone else?

Yep, same guy. Thought he was reformed, and learned the lesson. But, alas, he must be a follower of {insert name of any one of several football thugs here.} The football thugs seem to be on every team. See my previous posts.

If Hill actually did this, I I really hope that Les dismisses him from the team. "No exceptions."

I wouldn't mind it either tbh. A big problem with Les and his teams is discipline and I largely believe they have the mentality they can walk all over him.

What earlier statement Cadello?

Between the alcohol, opiates, benzo's and indica, I'm having a difficult time recalling a "statement".

I don't call strangers that. That wasn't even close to my point.
If that's your only defense in court then I think you're screwed.

But then again I'm pretty stupid myself because I'm here arguing with idiots on a frickING MESSAGE BOARD!

Just found out. Don't know if this has been discussed. But reason it is not second degree battery is because it wasn't him who knocked guy out but Jeremy friend actually knocked him out. Jeremy still punched him though. Sorry if Germans. Listening to cops talk about it on phone. Figured I'd relay message

For your entertainment, for the majority of the people in this thread, go look at their post history and look at the last time they posted on the rant... It's like these people wait for something like this to post here

The DA has already stated (as mentioned several times here) that a conviction could affect his probation

Was that from the DA?

The DA is making comments about a misdemeanor case that quick?

It must be a very, very slow weekend in Baton Rouge.

I wonder if they took all of Hill's shoes for DNA testing.

IMHO simple battery should not cause him to be kicked off the team . Why do we hold college athletes to a higher standard then other college kids . When I was in college ( a very very long time ago),I came close to fighting a couple of times. But I knew if I hit that --- it would have gotten me in big trouble!

I'd rather go with five wins a season than have thugs on the team.

People are overreacting. It was a bar fight. You can take your 5 wins somewhere else. I will take better football players. Issues happen everywhere, and les does a great job of managing. Give me a break deuce. He kicked his best player off the team and ruined a chance at a title.

Yeah, at least our players aren't moving kilos of coke like some other teams players do. Or robbing people with BB guns and speeding away in a Prius.

Ok, I held off as long as I could.

It was a bar fight involving college kids. Settle down you over reacting pussies.

Yup. Striking someone until they're unconscious isn't simple battery, it's assault possibly aggravated. That's not lining up. The charges tell us it's not that serious a fight.

On the other hand, the charges may tell us that the copper did, indeed, give JH a break.

It's all about the money. Anyone got their hands on the video of the fight?
