I've been in a case like this and it was done in 3 months.

ryan baker style. plays vs. tcu, sits vs uab where he will only be needed if saban returns to tiger stadium and takes control of the team for one last ride.

Assuming he didnt put someone in the ICU this. This should be AD policy for routine throw downs.

I said majority...and like you said, it basically depends on how guilty he looks and if they push for speedy trial

Art Cantrelle should have been thrown in jail.

It will not go to trial most likely. He will settle or charges will get dropped.

I agree, but this all started by him having to be convicted to violate probation.

Being in a bar absolutely violates it though

He'll probably sit a game or two, max.It will not affect the program. Just Hill.

Solution:

3 years probation and CAN NOT leave the state except for school related activities as terms of said probation.

GENIUS !!

Depends. Was Iverson joking about "practice"?

Probably so. I was on probation and one of the terms was I couldn't be near a bar. It's pretty standard stuff.

But Gary Patterson should replace les? He's the better coach than les?

You're missing the biggest issue. It's not the recent arrest and simple battery charge, it's the probationary status Hill had when he entered LSU, which had not yet ended. It's the effect of his latest arrest on the probation he was on that is the biggest concern.

ETA: and you realize a battery is worse than an assault, right?

Isn't going to matter if he plays or not. His value would come later in the season anyway.

I'm not the only one missing it.
