The OP has good points.
No he doesnt. Belichick is the best coach of our generation and he never gives backups many reps in blowouts, and he's got the best qb of our generation.

Let me get this straight. You're telling me that you believe LF7, BH6 and the entire offense should play the entire game?

It really is. Do you really think a QB can't improve over time in a program?

Yes they can. To what extent depends on the QB. In Jennings case he has shown minimal improvement over a considerable amount of time. I said it all throughout last season, the scariest part about Jennings ineffectiveness was that he never showed flashes of great play. (Above average was as good as it got and that was few and far between) Great kid, but he is a clipboard holder for the rest of his career. He can play in the 4th of blowouts and hand off to Guice and Brossette. Otherwise, our young very talented QB needs to be getting as much experience as possible.

Hell to the frick NO!!!! Miles DID NOT extend that courtesy to Harris last year when he could have, so no, AJ sits on the bench and Harris takes all the snaps...for god's sakes he needs them. It's not like he's peaked at this point and can step aside to let someone else mop up.

Both you and the OP are under the typical fan misunderstanding about practice. You seem to think it only happens when you're watching. I promise you that AJ and BH are getting all the practice they need.

Who's the third string QB, I'd almost rather have him play the second half.

If Harris gets hurt, Jennings' backup needs to be ready. We've already seen what AJ can do.

So if Harris goes down, then you would prefer McMillian instead of a QB with a year of experience in the SEC?

Honestly, after what we saw last year I WOULD rather see McMillan.

If he is worse than AJ, fine put Jennings back in.

I dont know what y'all don't get. Jennings will not see the field this year. Won't take a snap. Accept it now.

Would rather see Harris get to throw the ball some more in game situations.

Jennings has over a year of game situations under his belt already. Harris needs the reps more.

And it's not like BH gets to air it out he needs plenty of reps. STOP.

OK...How you gonna feel if LSU is up 42-0 and Miles leaves Harris in there and he gets hurt??????

Harris will have gotten PLENTY of reps if LSU is up by that much........ YES Put AJ in there and get him some work in the 2nd half...
If YOU don't like it...Tough shite.........

Nothing should be predetermined going into the game.

No. Harris should throw the ball 40 times this game.

Against one of the worst run defenses in the country? Great strategy
