Well, you are absolutely incorrect, and that's pretty terrifying.
Please cite the case which allows a warrant to be issued on anything other than probable cause. If you continue to insist that probable cause = reasonable suspicion, please cite some authority for that as well.

Unglesby sticks his finger in the wind, then gets paid the big bucks to either try the case in the media if the wind of public opinion is blowing his way, or make damn sure it stays out of the media if the wind is against him. Fancies himself as Baton Rouge's own Johnnie Cochran.

This was directed at a mostly divided fanbase... Only about 2% of the posters are pulling for LSU in the events of the past 12 days. The other 98% are pulling for Jefferson or Lee; not Jefferson and Lee.
