There are defensive/special teams touchdowns mixed in for both years, but don't come posting some bullshite about how the 2011 offense "not doing much better"
A team putting up 2 touchdowns more per game, whether it be due mostly to Crowton being gone or not, is a hell of a lot better.
Also, through 5 games Lee has started with 7 touchdowns and only 1 interception. How did Jefferson start out last season?

You are acting like a RACIST!!!! He did come off as a jerk, he did not compliment JL for doing a good job. It was all about JJ. He said he would do anything to get the starting position back. Sounds to me that nothing JJ can do is wrong. If he were WHITE, would you be defending him. I think not.
Oh, my. So at a presser to discuss JJ's situation JJ was supposed to compliment JL, state that he, JJ, would simply sit quietly on the bench so as not to offend anyone.
Bull.... Like him or not, he has been the starter this team until this situation. I think it is entirely reasonable for him to want to compete for the starting spot. Frankly, if he can earn the starting role back by outperforming JL, more power to him.
I don't care who starts, as long it is the best QB. I certainly support JL as the QB. I just don't think it necessary to try to constantly attack JJ to do so.

So because they're black they're on welfare and living off the government? How do you know this about the callers? Nevermind, you're just a racist piece of shite. Got it.
Yeah let's all hold hands in a circle and pretend that the vast majority of welfare recipients aren't black.

Let's all agree that he handled the press conference poorly, to say the least. He would have been better off not talking to the media.

Statistically yes, but how the frick is that necessary in this thread?

LSU is ranked 101st as a team in "Passing Offense."
Jarrett Lee is ranked 95th out of 100 in "Passing" and "Passing Yards per Game."
Just saying.

selfish by saying "I" so much and referring to his goals and his record as LSU quarterback.
sad really.
You would think someone who saw his fellow teammates support him through his ordeal would have more respect.
Say about THEIR record, and the TEAM's accomplishments.
What a joke, Miles would be best served keeping him from the media.

Did any of you ignorant fricks actually watch the press conference or are you all just pulling quotes. If not I suggest you watch it. He answered all the questions asked to him very well. And said several times he would do whatevers best for the team.

Hey buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudy....
I've turned to the dark side Cpt. I still think Jefferson got a raw deal with the extent of the investigation but he's not helping his image very much right now. That interview was terrible.

He should have came back to the team and not said shite and if he out performs Lee the fans will see it and wouldn't have complained at all but it seems like whoever is behind the JJ pr machine feels like they have to convince the fans in the press.

It's not necessary, and neither is your insight on calling people racist when they're only speaking the probable truth.

Lee doesnt make the mistakes JJ made. Loot at the turnovers last year to this year. And look at the scoring.
When lee goes 4/16 for 80 yards (or whatever it was) against McNeese state, and has twice as many INTs as passing TDs, we can talk about them being EQUAL.

Noted. But don't tell me that you want the 2010 version of the offense through 5 games rather than this season's.
I don't care if it's because of Stud/Krags, or if Jefferson could be putting up 7 td and 1 int through the 5 games.
Everyone can agree that Lee has done a nice job while JJ was out. It's not to say that Jefferson couldn't have done it, or that Lee should get 100% of the snaps from this point on.

If you don't notice a difference in efficiency and productivity in this years and last years offense then your blind. We are actually running more than 50 plays a game this year....and I'm willing to bet that as long as JL is QB we won't have any of those DUH clock management issues that we've had in the past.

Or he never would have been arrested in the first place. I truly believe that if this incident involved no football players the BRPD would have blown the whole investigation off.
