Jefferson at reciever maybe

I know we have a reciever corp thats done pretty well up to this point with an exceptional hic up here or there, but whats your thoughts of playing Jefferson at reciever may be a big mix match with his size versus a DB not sure how his hands are but may be a way to get his skills into the game.And keep Lee from looking over his shoulder.

Have you not watched RS struggle getting up to speed? Do you really think he could ever displacec OBJ33, JL80, RR2 or even Wright or Boone?

i know more about football than most of you will ever have a clue about. he is quick enough and with his size he could be a beast as a possesion reciever if he could catch at all and not only that gets him off of lees nuts more importantly.

The only issue I see with that is..........everything. Sure, he might have the skill set, but he's a senior who probably won't be accepting of that change, he hasn't practiced at all at that position and we're about to play game 5, and we have plenty of WR's. Who would you bump?

He certainly has the size and athleticism to have been a WR/TE, but having never played there in his life, half-way through his SR season is a little too late in the game. He is much more valuable to LSU's chances of winning as a backup QB.

Are Lee's nuts that sensitive? What about all the other 21 starters who have to consistently beat out their backups? I don't think Lee is as big a pussy as some of you are suggesting.

having competition at QB is good and i dont think Lee is all that worried at all he is the starting qb he has proven himself jeff can be a situational QB to give a D a different look but besides that we really dont have much use for him
