Daniels misses open receivers in almost every pattern. Try going to the games in person and you can see it. It’s maddening. He either has no vision at all or is too scared to throw it. Both are bad qualities in a quarterback.

No he doesn’t. You’re just throwing shite out there.

The difference is that 2018 was a first year starter every qb’s most improvement comes between year 1 and year 2 as a starter. This is Daniel’s 4th year as a starter and he has over 40 games under his belt. I’m rooting for him and he’s tough as nails, but expecting him to drastically improve as the season goes along just isn’t realistic

Nonsense

Let’s face it. Daniels is not good enough to win in the SEC. Get Nuss in to give us a chance.

Daniels is crucial this year for LSU to win in the SEC. The defense is good enough to keep them in it. Daniels is our best option on offense.

I am no one’s follower. I just have watched football for 40 years and I know when a quarterback can’t see the field. He can’t. Deal with it.

Watching TV does not make you qualified. Armchair coach.

Yes, I did.

But I don’t claim to be a professional armchair coach.

I doubt you did, since you support a Jordan Jefferson clone.

You’re not as smart, or funny, as you think you are. Keep being you.

Ok Rudy. Gotcha.

I’ll wait until Pirate King gives you your next opinion.

Yesterday was the template to the offense he and Nuss need to run. Quick timing routes where everything is decided in a 3-count.

That is a good base but if we dont push the ball down the field via the pass we will not beat anyone in upper qtr of SEC.

Daniels got rid of the ball quickly.

Sometimes. Others he holds the ball until he sees the receiver come open and that is too late for a lot of timing throws.

As the OP said JD is not making mistakes with the ball but his sins are ones of omission. You can tell he is still not confident in the passing game. Every week he gets a little better but he is about to make a step up to another level of pass defense in this next 6 game stretch.

It was pretty evident that they really hammered it in on him during practice to stay in the pocket and not run so much! He did so almost too much. If he can find that equal medium, boy watch out!

No way you’re an actual LSU fan. You’re actively wishing for LSU to do poorly so you can win imaginary points for arguing on a message board. Sad

That 7.5 yd/attempt is no where near some of these top guys. The lack of 20+ yd completions means teams will stack the box. It’ll happen and they will play press coverage. Denbrock better be ready to change some of this over the next couple weeks. You HAVE to stretch the field
