Yep having said that what about the three very lame homer calls on the other end to get Kentucky to the foul line. We would have smoked them in OT unless the refs continued with their homer BS. The offensive basket interference was not that obvious. What ever we beat them pretty bad in the second half. Was Bigby-Williams knee down?

They also fail to discuss the actual standard for offensive goaltending. The player has to touch the ball within the cylinder, WHEN THE BALL HAD A CHANCE OF GOING IN. The ball was clearly coming off the rim and did not have a chance of going in.

The all caps part is just wrong. What matters is if it is "in the cylinder." The chance of going in relates to alley oops and whatnot, not shots.

watch the replay hand through net and hand on the backboard while the ball is going to the basket before the tip in.

if you watch the video the reflection of the video screens that go around the arena are stationary, then when the Kentucky player puts his hand through the net it begins to move, clearly showing that the Kentucky player caused the basket to shake while the ball was going to the basket.
Maybe LSU had basket interference but Kentucky did it too and that was obvious.

Um. . . Look at the last few seconds of the game and you'll see that the goal did indeed shake after the UK players went up through the net. Also, the ball was not "in the cylinder" as those Kentucky whiners claim. Let's get scientific about it - the center of mass of the ball was beyond the edge of the rim and moving away. Thus, no offensive goal tending - only offensive whining from a bunch of entitlement minded losers who support a team that happens to be in Lexington, KY.

What a fricking idiot this guy is! Watch the fricking video before you comment on it you prick. The entire goal was shaking through the sequence of the shot. Piece of shite.

1. The goal absolutely shook after the slap. 2. LSU was owed a make-up call or 2 after the touch foul and the horrible missed over the back on Kentucky’s 2 sequences prior to Skylar’s drive.
