I could care less who is or was the qb for LSU. I'm just so sick of the idiots trying to shove JL is so great down everybody's throat.

Kind of like when Tebow throws an 8 yd crossing pattern and the WR goes 80 yds for a td and all espn can talk about is his game winning drive.

Ware or Randle could have made that throw. There wasn't a defender within 7 or 8 yds of receiver, quit acting like it was Montana to Clark.
Probably, but I noticed you didn't mention JJ.

He sounds like he needs some consoling. Maybe even counseling.

No, he didn't. I think he hurt his arm on his TD pass, as I saw Flores and what I guess was the team medical person on site speaking to him directly after.
He actually hurt his arm before the touchdown pass. He was grimacing and trying to stretch out his chess muscles before that play. But I missed when he first got hurt. But, for sure it wasn't on the touchdown pass.

for those who did not hear about why Lee did not play in the second half and wondered about his stats and about his arm getting hurt....here is a repeat from way earlier in this thread.
I just rewound the tivo on the Lee arm situation. Right after the fumble recovery, Lee threw a nice pass for 23 yards. No one came near him, and when the throw was over, he dropped his throwing arm down limp along his side, like a "dead arm" or numb arm. He favored it a little, but not much going into the huddle. The next play he looked fairly normal, throwing a pretty good short pass that should have been caught but was dropped. Again, he looked like he was mostly ok, but knowing what I know now and looking, he was favoring it and not moving it a lot. Then, came the TD pass for 13 yards, where he elevated his throwing motion above his head for a pretty lob style pass to a wide open receiver in the end zone for the TD, and as soon as he did so, you could tell that whatever happened was not just a temporary issue. After he came to the sideline, he grimmaced (sp?) and staff members gave him some attention, and then Coach Flores approached him and seemed to be asking Lee if he was really ok or not. I am not sure how to read Lee's response. It could have been him trying to minimize it or him telling Flores something really was hurting him. Based on this, it would be a big surprise to see him back in this game with what he has on the line and with other teammate Qb's that would like some playtime, and since Lee can exit this game with his 2-6 and a TD, and combine that with his other performace to go a combined 14 of 23 for ~ 210 yards 3 TDs 0 INTs in the 2 games he participated in post-season...
