This. I very much admire Jarrett Lee for his ability to overcome the tons of shite that were thrown on him by supposed fans. At the same time it amazes me how some people can admire that in him but at the same time throw tons of shite on our other quarterback.
Luckily, I think JL is much more classy than some of his "fans", that he remembers how it felt to be in that position, and that he wouldn't bash JJ in the national media.

Glad you liked that man...
Actually, JL was very well spoken. I like that he told the truth about not being sure if he'd ever get real playing time again after his freshman year and how he just kept preparing and believing that he'd get another opportunity. Good or bad performance aside, I love his attitude.

Oh please.
JL is a class act because he worked his arse off and has come back from the nightmare season.
That has nothing to do with the fans and the fans didn't prevent him from doing that.
He had a rough game last year vs La Tech and the fans, as well as his teammates, and coaches were right in being wary about him returning to game conditions. Indeed, that's why JJ has SUCH a long leash.
But everyone wants him to overcome those demons
