Hopefully all the players are honered by winning the SEC championship by some of you nutbags. All the players should be honered if we win the NC game. These conversations just get retarded. I guess that's why the people that post on this site are generally considered to be rantards.

Ask the team. If the team votes for Jarrett Lee to start the game, then I wouldn't have a problem with it. What I think is right or wrong has nothing to do with the facts.
The number one fact is that this is the best team we've ever seen at LSU. The number two fact is that the team (players, coaches and staff) is as good as it is because of the players. Fact number three is that playing time in a football game should be earned, not given.
I have not been at practice, but I would seriously doubt that the team would be as good as it is now if the coach did not play the guys who deserved to play. Until this fact is proven, I will continue to believe that the players who DESERVE to play are playing.

The time for honoring him is winning the BCSNCG...and giving him the final snaps as we kill the clock...NOT by giving him snaps in the first series.

Well, I got the comments that I expected......I did mention honor, didn't I? Evidently there's none here. Yep, this isn't PeeWee football...It's a "real" man's game...That's why I mentioned honor..forget it...Y'all move on.

you got the replies you got because that is one of the dumbest ideas of all time. In the biggest game of the year, you want to 'honor' a player by starting him on the first series of the game. The coaching staff and players will hopefully be thinking about winning the game and not about how we can go about 'honoring' the backup QB.
