Tator, you are an absolute disgrace to everything that represents clear thought. Rational thinking is as foreign to you as unpaid sex. Your mere presence on this site is vexing and the fact your grand total of 2 topics has brought about so much discussion is a testament to the average IQ on the rant. I pray every night for 2 things, the war in the middle east to end and for your children to be born with an awkward speech impediment. I hate you.

Man did you pass reading comprehension in elementary school?
Did I say he would go pro? No
Did I say he has the physical ability? Yes
The kid has the ability. He needs to be in the right system, with the right coaching and placed in the right position to succeed.
Success is generally a combination of talent and timing. Unfortunately the timing and system at LSU has not fallen in his favor. Maybe it does in the future, and maybe it doesn't.

All you have to do is post a flame about JL and you're garaunteed 5 pages of debate. It never fails.

Fear of contact is paralyzing to a QB and the failure to even attempt to pursue a member of the opposing team after he has intercepted your pass is devastating to a locker room when that shrinkage from fear of being blocked is there for all to see in post-game film study.

If anybody thinks this man is going to go quietly into the night you better remove your blindfold. This kid set records in Texas 5-A football and has draw comparisons to Brett Favre. He was dealt 2-7 off suit last year and than thrown into a hornets nest against an under rated Tech defense. I expect him to bounce back next year and give Jefferson and Garret all they can handle, eventually beating them out by the time we roll into the Georgia Dome. He will have a stellar remaining 2 years, silence all his critics, win over Tiger Nation and leave behind a legacy that we can all draw from. Ya'll can throw whatever stones you deem fit, but I will have the last laugh when Mr. Lee is the focus of an ESPN special titled "the comeback kid" sitting in a room with Erin Andrews hanging onto his every word. Keep the faith baby!!!!!
sounds like you're all in.

Tator, there is no possibility you watched the Louisiana Tech - Louisiana State University game in November of 2009 if you posted this. I was there for it.

PS-I'll go ahead and assume you're an alter trying to have some fun during the lull.

I got pissed at him last year like everybody else, but I really felt sorry for him. It's like starting out "double bogey, double bogey, triple bogey" in a round of golf. He's got the tools, but don't believe he is a good fit for LSU. The fans should not have booed him ( or any other player for that matter). I wish him the best of luck.

I believe he was handled wrong and some internal team dynamics (I'll leave it at that) on last year's team made succeeding very difficult for him.
I was actually for cutting Demetrius based on his loudmouth bullshite and dissension

he said jr sucked . And while he has quit on the raiders, he was the best college qb in 06. Period

Are you saying Lee was afraid to get hit?

Jarett Lee is not finished
He is finished at LSU.
And for those who believe JL will one day be in the big show, I have some disturbing news for you. Jarrett Lee will NEVER take a snap in an NFL uniform. Not because he is a bad guy, but for the obvious reason that he does not have the mobility and intangibles to play at the next level. Sure, his arm is above average and he has a quick release, but his footwork is so poor that he has no accuracy whatsoever. And once he makes a couple of bad throws, what little confidence he has goes down the toilet.
I hope JL does succeed at another school. But to believe JL is going to resurrect himself as an NFL caliber player at a I-AA school is a pipe dream. Lee is nowhere close to Perrilloux in terms of physical ability.

He probably was. Was there any quarterbacks in that draft that have been successful? I wonder how he would have fared in the draft vs 07 Quarterbacks? Ryan, Flacco, and Henne are all playing pretty well.
