Because you people are too stupid to figure out the real reasons behind this. He left so he’s evil and stupid even though it didn’t make much sense and goes against everything we know about his personality. Hmmm I wonder what you’re not considering…. Dipshit

His dad probably had nothing to do with this. My son was a D1 college atlete. I found out he was transferring after the fact. Lol

Doubtful, Jamie has been heavily involved in Howard's recruitment and development. He should be aware of what is going on.

Daniels continues to struggle

This is funny. The guy got us to 10 wins, beat Bama, and won Sec West Champs with a very depleted roster and two Freshman tackles.

But all some fans want to do is shite on JD. Guess what, without JD this season is likely no where near as successful.

Verge never pushed his boys to lsu and they both had Uhigh fatigue. He got a lot of grief but I get the moves……I get ND before Auburn however.

Verge (and Jamie) are both good people. But, I’m more vested in Verge.

Dude really only had 1 horrible year his sophomore season and completed 49.1% of his passes. LSU was a horrible program at the time with no direction, no talent, no really anything. Howard was the only exciting thing to happen. I'm not going to pretend he was fantastic but the way people are blasting him to make him sound worse than he was is absurd. He was an average QB who had his moments. Maybe if LSU was better with better talent he would have put up better stats, who knows. However, acting like he was a bum based on his stats without acknowledging his situation is just as ignorant.

I said in my first post that he had zero coaching.

But, he was never a good QB. Go look at his stats. There's literally no aspect of his game that was good. He wasn't a gunslinger that threw a bunch of TDs to go along with his interceptions. His completion pct was dismal. His yards per catch was terrible so he wasn't just pushing it downfield a lot. Only threw more than 9 TDs once (13). Didn't protect the ball.

What was he good at?

I realize you want history to be different, but it is what it is.
