Hate to see him go but you have to let the new regime have full autonomy over how the team runs.

What does he want? Alabama and Oklahoma games were winnable games but he played like they were his super bowls.

He's not a good on field coach. If this is what he's gonna do as a recruiter then it's time to move on.
