How many years in a row have we been saying it's execution and not scheme? If it is turned into an annual problem that never goes away, somebody is not doing their job.

I seriously have no issue with being a run first team. We have too many athletes at the positions not to feed them the ball.
I do have an issue with not being able to develop a QB. That's really what this all hinges on.

I seriously am 10x more worried about Kevin Steele than Cam Cameron.
Our team needs a solid defense to win a lot of games and they looked horribly undisciplined and disorganized this year. Move him to LB coach and get a guy in here who can actually coach a successful scheme.
