Not trying to fixate on the physical limitations of the tackles but until that issue is addressed concentrating on scheme is futile

Wow...It's not fix one then the other. We should be filling o line needs while fixing/modernizing the whole offensive philosophy.

“ concentrating on is futile “

Well hell, I guess we need to pack it in after the Rice game cause there’s nothing we can do about a shitty offense until the staff gets off their arse and starts recruiting some talented lineman. I wonder what some of these coaches on staff since 2015 have been doing?

The 2017 offense was better than this one. The 2015 offense works much better than this one. I guess they both must have had OLs with no weekness. .

I'm saying that physical limitations along the offensive line limits scheme and until you get the personnel in place you can't do what you want to do. We don't know what the offense would look like if they had that worked out.

How long has Ensminger been here at LSU and heavily involved with the offense?

You keep on banging this drum that the current group of offensive linemen just get physically beaten almost every play when the biggest problem is missed assignments & poor technique. Guess where the blame fails there as well?

It's such a shame that LSU is the only team in the entire history of football to have a sub par offensive line.

How about the 102 offenses ranked ahead of LSU? All of them have better personnel on the O line?

It's like another poster mentioned if your scheme can only be productive with very specific players your scheme sucks.

That's on coaching. Deculus and Charles both display poor footwork. Both slow to get out of their stance. Deculus plays with his feet too close together which gives him a high center of gravity. This limits his lateral movement. What is the offensive line coach doing?

For the 1 millionth time ....

There are dozens of programs WITH WORSE OLINE TALENT THAN LSU and they field competent offenses.

You will never hold this staff accountable.

Agree with Rickdaddy. Must be about 100 teams with better offensive lines than LSU.
