omg,
you are so insightful.
wow, you are smart.
i like to attack the anti-lsu anti-miles crowd.
most fans are just enjoying the experience.
but, since boo-gers enjoy attacking my heros, well, i just decided to give what they like... a negative assessment of the ranturds.

We've been underdogs in 2 of our last 4 bowl games, Miami and GT.

Penn State has also played 2 top 10 defenses, and Florida was #4 when they played LSU btw...
Therefore, looking purely at the numbers Penn State has played a harder slate on defenses compared to LSU.

Exactly. My argument was not built on numbers, but the fact that SEC is a stronger conference and LSU had a tough schedule (playing FLA, @BAMA, @Ole Miss) while PSU played Iowa and OSU at home and lost by double digits.

Penn State would not have finished 3rd in the SEC
Hum, I don't see why Ole Miss, Arky, UGA et al are better than Penn State just because they play in the SEC.

how can it be a fact with out something to back it up?
The SEC is better, but that really doesn't mean anything in one game. Penn State has done well recently in SEC-Big 10 bowls.
With how our offense has played, how can anyone say we have more play makers? I don't know who Penn States so called play makers are, but we have not be lighting it up and are missing our top 2 RB's.

yet your statement was

They finished 3rd in the toughest conference playing defenses tougher than PSU faces in the Big Ten. LSU competed against Bama and Florida. PSU got arse raped by Iowa and tOSU
When in fact Penn State has played tougher defenses.
LSU has played- Florida, ALabama, Ole Miss, Georiga, Auburn that finished .500 or better
Penn State has played- Ohio State, Temple, Northwestern, Iowa, Michigan State, and Minnesota.
LSU does win on SOS however but it is not a whopping gap as CBS list it at 54 Penn State and 33 LSU.

SEC vs Big 10
5-5 previous 10 bowl games encounters and 10-10 in previous 20.
This year we have
LSU vs Penn State
Northwestern vs Auburn
So it could continue to be .500 depending on outcome.

SEC wasn't necessarily a stronger conference this year. PSU generally put away their opponents and remind me a lot of LSU. Not a whole lot of offense, but a decent defense against the score.

I went to one of their sites last week called blackshoesdiaries. They're pretty knowledgeable and easy to talk substance to.
I told them about this place but I haven't seen many (if any) on here yet.

yeah I know.
I agree Penn State hasn't had the greatest schedule and got schooled by the 2 best teams they played, but who have we beaten? Counting this as an auto win for LSU is pretty silly, should be a tough game.

Oh I was just backing up where you stated Big 10 has done well recently playing SEC schools.

There are many on board who would rather see LSU lose 56-0 to Penn State and have Miles possibly forced out than see LSU have its 6th 10 win season of this decade. Or technically, its first of the next decade.
the truth...the more I read on this board the more I love LSU and the more I become disgusted with lsufans. the rant is becoming a home for a bunch of pathetic, quitters whose only goal in life is to trash Miles and the program.

Most of us aren't saying me are going to just destroy PSU. We are just trying to refute the notion that they easily handle us.
