It’ll be interesting to see how this offense performs next year with a new QB?

Burrow is very seasoned back there..

Same coaching staff, another year of learning for Brennan, who had to have learned at least some of it this year.
Not too worried. Don't know Brennan's intangible qualities, or how quickly he "reads the game" compared to Joe Burrow. But he has physical tools to go with it, and a coaching staff that will have time to scheme things for Brennan.

I’ll be cautiously optimistic provide the staff and players we presume will be around are all still in place.
It’s not fair to compare him to Burrow though imo and I think expecting a step back is reasonable. Joe is a transcendent player for this program that will already go down in history, with more yet to come. We can’t expect Brennan to live up to Joe’s lofty heights. Doesn’t mean he can’t be a great QB for the Tigers though.

Unfortunately no matter who’s back there it will be a disappointment if you compare it to what Joe Burrow did this year.

I'm sure Brennan will be a step down from Burrow but that's not to say he won't be great. I think we will be good enough for a 10-2 record next year. Which really isn't all that bad.

That's pretty much unavoidable. But he'll still have plenty of weapons and I agree he should be good enough to lead us to a 10-win season which would be a nice feather in our cap coming off of this huge season. I'm ridin'

And plenty of talent coming back at WR
Even if Jefferson leaves we still have Chase, Marshall, McMath, Lee (assuming he stays on offense), Palmer
Not sure if Moss stays or goes but Pettigrew has potential
RBs we should be in good to great shape
OL depends mainly on early departures. If we don't get hit hard there we'll be very very good.

I think MB is going to surprise some people next season. After the signing periods CEO's next big task will be talking JR's into coming back for their SR seasons (I get it NFL grades and personal situations gets a big vote). IF you get back the starting C and both OTs, you have a GREAT foundation up front for a dynamic stable of RBs and a wall for MB to survey his options and drive the ball downfield to playmakers like Chase, Marshall, Palmer and a bevy of incoming FR (WR/TE) who will get a chance to shine.

And Stingly Jr will be playing a bit on offense.
