It was frustrating to watch the defensive backfield get exposed but it was a fun game

It was one of those games where I knew it might get to a shootout but I never felt like LSU would lose. Hopefully we get it together in the secondary because I love the aggression by the front 7

Yeah, that LSU front seven was downright nasty.

They looked soft as charmin to me. The dline was gashed. The LBs played out of position a bunch.
Go back and watch the lack of pressure at times which led to the breakdown in the backfield.

You could pull guys out of the student section and they could not do any worse than this group of DBs that we have. This is absolutely pathetic for a big time football program. These DBs are totally lost and clueless.

JD5 is outstanding, it's our defense that is a absolute mess.
Our total deffensive ratings after 4 games is 74th this is unacceptable

Lane will exploit that. We need fixed. Also can we cover people out of the backfield?

All starts with recruiting. You can’t lose the top DB in Louisiana three years in a row and then get transfers from Southeastern, Syracuse, and Marshall and expect to have a good secondary.

The two starting tackles got run over the entire game. Put 99 in more.

Think back to 2019 and even last season. Defenses tend to get better in second half of season. In 2019 there were as many posters who wanted Aranda run off midseason as we have jumping on House now.

That being said we have not turned the corner yet. You are starting to see new players move up the depth chart like Harris, Jefferson, and Weeks.
