49 first half points, and I was sitting next to the quietest couple of Sooner fans anybody has ever seen.

Glorious

I was at the game in the corner end zone on the LSU side.

I will admit that we were a bit slow getting back to our seats trying to get the vendors to sell alcohol to us before the 3rd quarter started. A shite ton of LSU fans stayed for the Peach bowl trophy presentation.

Oklahoma was fun but I enjoyed beating Georgia more. Cuz, "LSU hasn't played a defense like Georgia". PFFFFFT. Dawgs were lucky O shut it down.

I was there and this is false.

Seconded.

If you were looking at the OU sideline, yeah it was fairly empty. I was upper sideline LSU side and there were few empty seats all the way through.

They would have been a .500 team in the SEC West.

1, you’re wrong. Embarrassingly so. But 2, why would you want to downplay LSU’s accomplishment in that game? Wouldn’t it be a lot more impressive beating a really good, top 4 team as bad as we did than beating Texas A&M? You’re like the tards that chant “Overrated” at basketball teams when your team is beating a higher ranked team. Why would you want to downplay that and lessen the impressiveness of your team’s victory? Makes no fricking sense.

I went to that game, xmas gift from family. By mid 2nd quarter it was done and nerves were gone. We just relaxed, drank, and enjoyed the spectacle.

ps - I will say their fans were very humble before the game. They knew what was coming.

One of my favorite parts of the game was the sigh Lincoln Riley gave when looking up at the scoreboard after the Moss TD.

I work with an OK alum. He didn’t expect to win. But neither of us expected that annihilation. We both thought LSU would win by about 14. Maybe 42-28 or so.

Same here.. my son and I thought we'd win by double digits but nothing like that. It was incredible. Lost in the awe and press Burrow and the offense received was our defensive performances in the SECCG and playoffs. They were bad arse and shut down UGA, OU, and Clemson, made 3 highly rated QB's look terrible.

We embarrassed them the same way USC did.

I’m going to rewatch the highlight video now.

I sat next to a UGA fan at the game. He was high up in CFA and gets free tickets to the CFA bowl every year. After we went up 14-7, I said this will get ugly quick

Just watched the highlights again. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Tiger team be that dominant. Ever. We played with em like a cat does a mouse. Just barely keep it alive so you can play with it longer and then kill it.

Never seen a power 5 team with that much talent get skull fricked like we did to Oklahoma in one half

What was the game where one player reported Joe sat down at the breakfast table and said “Guys, I want 10 touchdowns today. 10.”

I think it was this one. Can’t remember.

I wouldn't be surprised if he said that prior to the A&M game.

I'd love to see LSU do the same thing to a Jim harbaugh coached Michigan team

I’ve never seen a LSU team just straight up beat the frick out of someone like that.

It was incredible.

I’m still high from the season.

Might not ever leave.

We tortured a blue blood on national TV.

GOAT Tiger team to ever do it.
