Bama and LSU don't have anything different in terms of resources, except they seem to produce a lot of great LBs in AL for some reason. The difference is planning your recruiting efforts around your system and making sure the players develop in that system. Then, adapt as needed (as Saban has done in response to HUNH). We keep loading up great skills positions players, but other areas like DL and LB are lacking, and we don't really utilize them in a way that's effective anyway.

That said, lets say he goes 8-4 or 7-5 this year, then anything less than 10 wins in 2016 with that roster would be the fat lady singing.
He'll get another year even if he goes 7-5 this year but he'll definitely be on notice in 2016.
The inability to develop a quarterback is going to be Les' downfall. His best move would be to jettison Cam and bring in an OC who can develop a QB and an effective passing game.
Miles may go down with the ship if he stands by Cam until the end the same way DiNardo did with Lou Tepper.

you've lost 7 of the last 9 to bama and 2 in a row to Arkansas. frickin Arkansas. lost 4 of the last 6 bowl games. All with multiple coordinators and constantly having top 10 recruiting classes. yeah it is time

that's why it would be a hiring by committee.
now you've effectively neutered your coach, blood in the water then. It'd be best to just move on.

also if we don't luck out against miss. state and face 5 backup qb's this year we already have 3 or 4 losses

Yes it is. It has been for a while. He's not a good coach. It was time after 2009. 2011 was pure talent. PURE talent.
You're an idiot. LSU has the second most wins of any team in the SEC since 2009.
