Is this one of those years for baseball where we have no strong personalities......

taking the leadership role??
We've had years in the past with talent and all the kids in dugout just, personality wise, aren't the type to get fired up and be THE leader.
It seems this team is lacking in that department.
FWIW I hope we turn it around. I'd prefer to host a regional at home and be a top 16 seed; but at this point, we're teetering.

I just realized we have a 3-game losing streak to the Cajuns. That’s pathetic. Robichaux is more of a leader than Pawl Marinara is.

I think the last two recruiting classes have fallen short of expectations as far as every day players are concerned. We were lucky to have our OF return with Smith. And thankfully Reid stayed on campus.
We haven’t brought in top catching and we lack RHed power. We have too many weak outs.
As far as pitchers go, injuries have really stymied what could have been an elite staff. It’s unfortunate, but that’s what has happened.

Leaders first have to lead by example. Talk is cheap. So when everyone sucks, it’s tough for anyone to be that voice.
