Why do people assume that people that live in Louisiana are automatically LSU fans? Just like people in other states can love LSU, people that live in Louisiana don't necessarily love LSU. It's really not that hard.
Specifically with the Mannings, who gives a crap? It's not like any of those douchetastic Mannings have won a single championship for their respective universities.
I'll take a Mauck, Flynn or (maybe one day???) Jefferson over a Manning any day.

I remember being that retarded once...then I turned 14 and stopped being so immature about LSU.
Seriously, though, why some people are so concerned with other people's loyalties and what other people are fans of is beyond me. I often read the rant and wonder, "do these people really worry about this stuff?" I wonder if it affects their lives in some detrimental ways. Regardless, I love LSU and no amount of dumbassery on the internet will change that.

unfotunately the dumassery spills over into real life... they have no reason to like lsu. they have zero fricking ties to the university... why should they like them.... because they live in la.?

Who cares what Archie or any Manning thinks of LSU? They didn't go to LSU!!! It is only worth talking about if they were former LSU players. I am going to start deleting all of these stupid threads when I see them and I don't even have mod powers.

Look, the Mannings have every right to hate LSU. After all LSU is the nemesis of Ole Piss. They grew up hating LSU. I likewise have every right to wish Ole Piss lose every game against LSU by a large margin. The Mannings are good folk. If I am not mistaken they are good Christian people who do more community good than I have ever done. But as an LSU graduate, and with my team playing and recruiting against them, I have them (Ole PISS) AT THE TOP OF MY shite LIST!! Well, just below Alabama, Florida, and Auburn.

They didn't go to LSU. They both played for other SEC schools. Eli played for a flat out fricking RIVAL! And Peyton played at Tenn.
Better question, outside of some sort of recruiting trip, has anyone ever seen or heard about one of those punks attending a game at Tiger Stadium??
