No. I’ve been wondering if he’ll ever get back on the field in college football. His time here has been very wishy washy… I don’t think he’s ever been a “full go” in practice. Whatever he dealt with injury wise seems to be a potential career buster.

From BK today: “Sevyn Banks is close to being ready. The expectation is that he’ll be dressed out and they’ll have a better idea later this week how much he’ll play.”

Sounds like “in Sevyn days” was accurate

With JE coming back, Banks coming back, and the cat from R-Kansas back after week 4 this roster could get a big boost at needed positions.

This is definitely not the game to be experimenting in the secondary. If he's not 100% then he needs to sit this one out too.

Don’t get your hopes up that he will be a consistent contributor here

I’d save him for the Auburn game rather than risk putting him out there and less than ready and a Miss St passing attack isn’t exactly the kind of game you want an injured db to rush back for. Getting Banks and Foucha ready and full go by the Auburn game would be big. Just sucks we won’t have Maason Smith all year we’re really missing a difference maker in the middle now especially with how poor Jones and Penn have been at LB.
