Likely not. ND doesn't need a CEO. They need someone who can control one side of the ball given the salary its going to take to bring someone there.
Miles strength is his more suited for the NFL than the NCAA for big time success. Crazy to say that, but CEO type coaches work better there than in college.

If Skip was Miles' agent I think he could get it done. Short of that, no.
