Yep. Conference is at the convention center across some kind of channel or bay from where I'm at (The Intercontinental). Like south east from us?
I think it starts Friday, but I'm not sure when the alumni fete is. Maybe Friday night? I'm also unsure if it's strictly an LSU vet school alum gathering or what.
I'm here with a woman who's going to these functions and is unwise enough to not run in the opposite direction of me.
