Serious question since I've never seen anybody doing it. I miss tailgating already for football and thinking it would be fun to tailgate for the upcoming Kentucky basketball game, even though we are probably going to get stomped. Is this allowed and if so, where?

Never seen anyone tailgate for hoops before either. Campus is blocked off but you can park for free in Lot D, Lot B, Lot C and probably the Old Box Lot.

Yeah, I make a good bit of games but never have I seen anybody tailgating. I usually just park on the south side of Tiger Stadium (not sure what lot that is) and then walk straight into the PMAC though. So I could just be missing them.

We used to TG for the big games, but I'd avoid drinking around the PMAC. It's not like football or baseball for that matter.

Lot B & C are across S. Stadium from Death Valley and Lot D is the old parking lot for the now defunct Old Alex Box.

You havent been going for long then. When stro was here people used to camp out on the ramps with tents, kegs, etc. But that's when people cared about basketball.

This is true. I haven't always lived down here and before I moved I didn't make a lot of basketball games for sure.

You can tailgate for basketball games and even bring beer. No one is going to bother you. You just might be alone or practically alone.

Which is fine because if we decide to do it, there will be a pretty decent size group of us.

Why not plenty of tailgating for baseball games.
