I dont see Richt as a top 10. Richts motivation techniques are to tell his goons to all rush the field and celebrate a touchdown vs UF, and he would be thoroughly upset if they didnt get a penalty. Thats motivating? The only motivation UGA has is rightfully being left out of the NC last year.

So let's fire Miles immediately for his failure to go undefeated every season and win every game by 35 points. After all, "the LSU fans knew what these teams were capable of". You're a joke.

Please astonish us all with your football expertise & tell us which coach LSU needs to hire to ensure we avoid any close calls, a bounce of the ball, winning every game "that should not be close", and above all accomplishing what "LSU fans KNEW his teams were capable of". Please give us a list of coaches to replace Miles, since he is a utter failure.

wow couldn't disagree more with that statement I know this year he got a lot of credit for his motivation tactics, but overall most regard him as an X&O's type of guy.

Says who? This is the strongest conference in the country! You think LSU is the only team that wants to win?

We will have a better understanding of where he should rank after this year. Saban's players are gone.

This is year 2 of that pitiful excuse. After LSU lost Russell, Bowe, Davis & LaRon in the 1st round to the NFL, Miles brought home the National Championship.

Miles has won 85% of of his games & owns the best 3 years of LSU history. Name some BCS level coaches who boast an 85% winning Percentage in the past 3 years. Carroll & Tressell will be 2 of them, and we saw what happened to him.

with dumb luck. so many things happened to let LSU as a 2 loss team make it to the game.

f you haven't won a NC, you don't belong in the top 10. Period.

I disagree. Some schools will never win a NC, Ga Tech, Vandy, Duke, many more because of academics and some of those schools have great coaches. Some coach's have a great amount of talent and still do not win while others win with average talent, one name is Tubby at Auburn. Probably the best coach in the SEC.

I would rather have a coach that graduates 100% of his players and never win a NC than one who graduates few players but wins a NC.

Miles will show where he should be after 10 years.

More to coaching than Xs and Os. I would say Miles is in the top 25, but does it really matter when you have the best talent in the nation?

Ahem...there is a guy called Pete on the west side who loses to Stanford with better talent.

Pete has also gone undefeated. Like I said, more to coaching than Xs and Os.

Pete also has had more consensus #1 recruiting years this decade than any other coach. He's a pretty boy sham.

I hate this dumbshit arguement about luck. You have to put yourself in a position to capitalize from luck. There were also unlucky things that made us lose a few games.

Besides, can you name any NC team who was described as unlucky???
