What is latest? Hard to believe they haven't found a live tiger yet.

I doubt the athletic director has much power when it comes to getting a mascot.

F. King however....

Looks like we gonna need a coonass to venture into some distant jungle, to find one. Just don't send him with a bag of rice...

Well unless you are related to or work for JA there is quite a bit to complain about. And you can't even use the "he's a nice guy" excuse because he's a jerk

He's searching for a Tiger in Mamou so it talks like us but is having trouble.

The furthest he's extended his search is Petco. He's going to settle for adopting a kitten.

Don't believe finding Mike VII is Alleva's responsibility. Pretty sure it's David Baker conducting the search.

Umm... He fired the head football coach this year and didn't even replace him with anybody who could be considered an upgrade, so there's that.

How hard is it for one of these cats to show up with a binder?

May not be able to consider Orgeron an upgrade over Miles when looking at the total picture yet, BUT... The approach Orgeron is taking is an ENORMOUS upgrade over what Miles had become. Period. This is indisputable and no way in HELL would I want Miles back over Orgeron. Anyone who would is simply clueless.

This has nothing to do with Aleva

It all goes through the veterinary Dept. And because of extremely strict rules, it has become very hard to get a live Tiger

If he winds up with something like this, I am writing a strongly-worded letter:

I know many on the board will scoff at this but this actually worries me a little. And with F King at the helm too? Ugh!!! I actually do worry a little about the possibility of no more live Mikes on campus. Hopefully I'm worried about nothing. Anybody truly in the know about the process that can confirm that my fears are unfounded?

And for that firing he should be treated like a hero. Arranda and Canada (the real coaches) are light years ahead of what we had and O is about to bring in a monster class.

The search going through the vet department worries you? The vet school wants a live tiger more than probably anyone. It's one thing they use as a recruiting tool for people to choose their vet school.
