Guice closely compares to Marshawn Lynch, with a better attitude. He's smaller, but it's probably the closest comparison in the league.

This thread jumped the shark from conception.

Two years ago Kamara was forced to start against Alabama and he was obviously very talented.
I watched the entire game in Tennessee and was flabbergasted at how easy Kamara performed against Bama's defense. I knew nothing about him whatsoever until that game. I asked some folks who the hell he was and found out about his story.
Tennessee used him that game very similarly to how the Saints are doing now. And, he made Bama's backers look foolish.
Guice is talented and will be successful in the league, but he doesn't have the all-around tools Kamara has and it isn't even close.
That is not a knock, Kamara is a revolutionary back. He is just as big as Guice also at 215.

Agreed.
Kamara is special. Not because of physical attributes.
I would take Kamara over fournette in Peyton’s offense, actually in most offenses. Fournette is a freak show but the way he plays isn’t a recipe for longevity. Kamara avoids contact every chance he gets and can make one side of his body limp.

Fournette is his own type back.
He wears down defenses or he forces defenses to have to stack the mine of scrimmage. I still believe he is a little too impatient hitting his holes/reads even at JAX, but when he gets to the second level he is a machine and punishes defensive backs and linebackers with a head of steam.
Kamara has patience, vision, but he doesn't wear down defenses or punish them for tackling him.
If Fournette can ever develop his skills presnap looking over the line and defense and afterwards be patient with his blocks and visualize the blocks opening up the holes like Leveon Bell does he will be an all time great in my opinion. That is my only knock of Fournette and believe he will have that figured out the next couple of years.

Guice has the running style of a Marshawn Lynch
