where Murray scares me more than Wilson is his mobility. not that he'd run on us, but keep plays alive.

for your question. no it is not a given we will beat uga in the sec championship game.

+1

Throw out records when you play in the SECCG. We will have our hands full if we make it.

Count on it.

games against teams like Arkansas and Georgia are teh ones that worry me, because both have accurate passers and can sling it all over the field. I think we end up seeing a similar gameplan to the one we used against WVU, to allow the underneath stuff and short passes, but make both Arkansas and UGA work and earn it with long drives, and wait for opportunities to cause mistakes.

i could see this. i don't think mike bobo even discovered the short pass until we played UT. that'd be a lot of stress for crowell and idk if we would have the biggin samuel back by then. so even more would be on murray and he has yet to face a defense like this ever

It's your defense that worries me, though.

it's a good unit, not on y'alls level but definitely a very good one

We have beaten more teams currently ranked in the Top 5 (2) than Georgia has beaten that currently has a winning record (1 - Auburn).

GA's stats and hype are overrated.

It's never a given- but I believe we will.

They haven't played anyone like us.

LSU would still be 10-0 with UGA's schedule. Would UGA be 8-2 with LSU's?

NO...FRIGGIN...WAY.

Isn't that what all those Tennessee folks were kinda saying when they tripped on their way to the MNC game a few years back?

Remember hearing about all the discarded roses outside the Atlanta Dome after the game?

Oregon (8) and West Virginia (13) are both ahead of Boise St. (15) in total offense for the year. While the win over Auburn this weekend was impressive, UGA just hasn't faced the same level of competition. But I understand the concern. Georgia is good enough to beat any team on any given day. My opinion is that LSU isn't just "any team" and we will control Crowell and make Murray try to beat us throwing. Our secondary will limit him to short passes, and I see us running between the tackles just like South Carolina did earlier in the year. If the Gamecocks (Lattimore) can put up 256 on the ground and average 6.2 per carry, I think the Ware/Ford/Blue combo can have similar success. Should be a good game, but most likely another double digit win for the Tigers.

That is a big frick no. I am not worried about Georgia per se, I am worried about arky and Georgia back to back. We do get one extra day, but that will test the limits of mental toughness of not just the players, but the coaches as well. We have been the top team for almost the whole season getting everyones best shot.

I've seen Ga. play and they have improved. they beat Au as bad as we did. I think they would beat boise at this time. They are a top five team.

This game will be tough! They have a better offense and a good D(2nd best D we will see)!

Why motherfrick, I have. What the hell impresses you so much about them? Their big wins over Coastal Carolina and New Mexico State?

Otherwise, single digit wins over Vandy,Tenn, and Florida dont scream 'Holy shite' to me.
