O will never leave LSU voluntarily. But doesn't mean his agent wouldn't play that card if the situation presented itself for leverage to try to get him more $ here, like Miles-Arky.

Let's slow our roll here. Next level means hardware.

Best thing about CEO is that there is a 0% chance he leaves for another job

No major program other than LSU, will ever offer him a head coaching job again.
Yeah. Like schools are going to just ignore a coach who elevated a program to #2 in the country and with a marquee bowl win.

Woodward should and probably would laugh at that agent.
O will get plenty of raises if he continues the success.

He's had two full seasons as Head Coach. He's lost four games in one and three in the other. 2019 is going really great, but there's plenty of football left. As of right now he has more or less maintained what he inherited.

You think he would have as much success at other schools without the resources LSU has given him?

Really? He inherited Cam Cameron, an outdated offensive philosophy and the #106 passing offense in the nation.

There’ll be no better story than O winning a championship here.
If that happens, he’ll be a tiger until he wants out

When it comes down to what really matters, wins and losses, he has maintained the status quo. From 2012 through 2015 (Miles' last full season) LSU averaged 3.5 losses per year. Over Orgeron's two full seasons, LSU has averaged 3.5 losses per year.
I'm not saying he hasn't made changes or that those changes won't payoff for years to come. Maybe they will. But the actual results that matter aren't there yet. At the very least he's made the offense a ton of fun to watch.

No relevant people respect him as a head coach, whether you do or not. He has had some success due to LSU's ability to recruit itself and having a great defensive coordinator already in place. His best move was acquiring Brady, so hopefully he can hold on to him. He has done nothing yet, although he has had a good start to this season. Les was in the top 4 of the play off rankings too, but how did that work out? Bottom line is he is not a hot commodity in the eyes of other institutions.

Oeaux maintaining what he inherited is like taking the $500 inheritance your grandmother left you and turning it into $1mil in the stock market.

DONT THINK ULL COULD RAISE the money....Hope he stays and continues the success. Its Brady I am concerned about leaving he leaves and I remember what we had before he showed up. And Aranda too to a lesser degree. Seems like we are soft on defense this year with good players...Hopefully with everyone healthy they improve.
