Is anyone’s DISH Tailgater not finding all satellites?

Sitting in lot 402 and for some reason my Tailgater won’t pick up the satellite with the local channels. ESPN and all others are showing up but the locals aren’t even though they are included in my package. Any tips?

Are you sure your software is updated? If you haven't refreshed in a while that sometimes causes the problem.

I’m in old front 9. I had trouble this morning. Got on live chat with Dish on their app and they had it fixed in 5 minutes.
