I did an interview with Jim Hawthorne today regarding the success of all athletics at LSU.
Let me know what you think!

Good interview Chris Dee, I've always been a Hawthorne fan.

pretty good interview, man...he catches a lot of flack on this board, but I always like to learn about JH...to me, he will always be the voice of the tigers that I grew up with...
also like the LeAnn Rhymes interview...

Thank you! I really got lucky interviewing LeAnn, it almost didn't happen! There will be more interviews to come, especially from Tigers' coaches, hopefully even some players!

Nice work. I'm 39 now, but some of my favorite memories are listening to Hawthorne with my late father and brother back in Minden, LA. We listened to every basketball game and most football games before they were on TV every week. He definitely makes many mistakes (especially lately) but his voice always brings me back to some of the happiest times of my life. Thanks.

Hawthorne is horrible. A lot of older players hate him

Hawthorne probably beat himself off to sleep once you asked to interview him.

Even with Jim's recent mistakes, he's miles better than Brent Musburger

Well your post Nine Dragon shite is miles better than post Plucker shite, but both are pretty fricking painful.

I don't give a rat's arse if anyone believes me or gives a shite, but because of random, weird circumstances I actually know both of those guys. They know more about sports in general, not to mention broadcasting, than 99.99% of the silly little boys on this board.

Do they know anything about Lester Earl, he has me married and I gave up that recreation a few years ago..
