Leonard Fournette started 3 games vs Alabama. 57 rushes 145 yards. 1 TD 1 rec 8 yards. 153 AP yds
Derrius Guice started 1 game. 19 rush 71 yards 5 rec 29 yards. 100 AP yds
Clyde Edwards-Helaire started 1 game. 20 rush 103 yds 3 TD 9 rec 77 yds 1 TD 180 AP yds.

I realize totally different offenses, but it was Leonard fricking Fournette...

Different scheme. Fournette would destroy people in this scheme.
He also played against 11 in the box.

LF7 and guice would have had absolutely monster games against this Bama D.

Bamas defense isn't nearly as good as its been in the past

1. Put Fournette in this offense and Derrick Henry would’ve never won a Heisman
2. Clyde was a man on a frickin mission. I haven’t seen somebody run with that type of determination since Hester in ‘07.

I’m not saying CEH didn’t have a game of a lifetime.

Yes 3 games vs 1. All threes games Fournette was in an I-Formation or Pistol against great Dlines and everyone and their mama in the box over and over and over.
You put him in 4 and 5 wide sets against that defense and he runs at will.
Let’s not downplay Leonard Fournette. It wasn’t his fault;
