No I don't. I see a wr still moving towards the ball and it barely hit his fingertips. You have to take in to account the camera angle which was from above.

Your JJ love is shining through. That ball is caught 1-IN-5, by NFL receivers. No blame on Reuben for that one.

By all means I'll accept your real time, long distance view and recolection, not my TEVO and stop motion video.

Do you not see his hands are on the ball?

It wasn't a very catchable ball but RR could have come down with it.

If JJ is as good as Less thinks he is, then he would've thrown it better.

Why didn't you say you played for Auburn? I realize that looking at a play in real time from 300 yards away in the stands is very reliable as to whether he should have caught it. Throw was shite. JJ made several throws that should have been caught, but that wasn't one of them.

Dude, just stop. A poster is posting pictures that would be to differ.

A still shot doesn't always give the best indication.

A still shot on that Julio screen last year makes it look like BT15 wasn't blocked in the back. Watch it live and he obviously was.

And I COULD grow some fricking tits tomorrow but its not happening. Why cant you just admit that it was a terrible throw and for RR to even get a hand on it was amazing. Jeesus you Jefferson apologists are unbelievable.

JJ had a 10 ft+ radius in which to throw the ball and he couldn't throw a better pass than that? RR was wide open.

Dude, no one is saying that is was not humanly possible for him to make the catch.
We are saying that the responsibility is on JJ to make a throw that an average high school QB can make.

I said it wasn't a good throw.

But bad throws get caught all the time.

shite, Newton threw a very shitty similar one just a few minutes later and the Auburn guy snagged it. Gary Danielson even referenced it...

I'm not saying the INT is 100% on Rueben. If it's a better throw, it's an easy catch. But it was put close enough to him that it should be caught, especially by a guy as great as Rueben. And I think Rueben would agree.

would have been an incredible highlight reel catch when it shouldn't have been necessary. JJ usually misses low (as I assume he has been coached). Not this time.

RR had no defenders in front of him for fifteen yards and two defenders directly behind him. A qood QB would never throw the ball high in that read. Had JJ delivered the ball 3 feet lower its a great throw but he didn't. The throw was garbage- just like 90% of his passes.
