I don't buy this shite. Most of them are Scandinavian countries who suck off the EU's tit. They still freeze their asses off.

I wouldn't trade living here for there.

That being said, who really gives a shite what Eric Reid does or doesn't do. The NFL (his employer) obviously doesn't.

I did. Many of these America lovers have never put their lives on the line to protect this country they claim to be so in love with.

Thanks for your service. I agree with you. Sometimes it makes me mad enough to spit listening to some of these people bitch nonstop about the NFL players kneeling during the national anthem.

It's not something I would do. But it's their right to do so. They aren't hurting a goddamn thing by doing it. And in my opinion, people need to shut the frick up about it.

And that goes from the President on down. Who, by the way, didn't serve our country either.

You’re welcome and it was my pleasure to serve this country. We all have a part play. Being a soldier was mine.

Eric Reid was an LSU player and part of a great 2011 defense. I believe he was an all American. Your routing against him on the tiger rant?

I'm in my 25th yr in public safety as a paramedic. Fire, police and EMS are a brotherhood. My dad is USAF retired with 2 tours in Nam. I lost a great uncle in WW2 in the Philippines. My aunt in a retired captain with a local county department that just lost an officer in a shooting last week. Eric has every right to protest what he wants. That's what makes America great. No rule saying he has to stand. Also no rule saying I have to agree with him.

I’m so tired of all the fake outrage.

How do you know it's fake outrage? Who are you too judge? If people want to kneel in protest they can kneel protest. If people want to be upset about the protest they can be upset. Why should one line of thought take precedent over the other?

I love it. Saint vs Panther. He'll never be more than an NFL scrub journeyman anyway. My buddy, who's a Saints fan, told me that Ingram curb stomped his butt. Had to laugh. My only regret is that I missed it, because I don't watch the NFL anymore.

I'd say he gets treated commensurate with someone who deliberately makes a KNOWINGLY inflammatory display of himself to push a VERY contentious political narrative during a national ceremony that is traditionally held in high regard. He then doubles down on this by opening his mouth and spewing idiocy about his own beliefs and actions and then bitches about the obvious backlash he receives.

No one thinks he should be jailed or prevented from saying whatever he wants to say off the field about sociopolitics so your characterization is a blatant hyperbolic strawman since you don't actually have a very good argument against people not liking him for behaviors which are completely within his own control. People actively pull against him in football (the horror!) because they think he is a jackass pushing a bullshite political narrative during his work as an athlete/entertainer. People root for people they find to be generally likable. They also don't look to NFL football games or players for their political commentary. This shite isn't rocket science.

You do know Ingram sat for the national anthem last year, right? Ingram supports the protest and has stated it many times.
