Like with Saban, it can be a stepping stone to the NFL. Otherwise, it’s one of the top jobs in the country with 3 straight HCs winning a natty. Any move would be lateral, so the only time I’d see it happening if another top school is the HC’s dream destination/alma mater.

Baton Rouge/LSU isn't the Shangri-la a lot of locals think it is.
the home city being great has nothing to do with a College job being great you dolt, otherwise Miami, USC and UCLA would be the top 3 programs

Name the 10 college jobs better than LSU.
Bama
Georgia
Florida
Clemson
Texas
Oklahoma
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Penn State
Oregon
USC
No way on those 4
Notre Dame, what you stuck in 1992
and Oregon, they have Phil Knight money and cool uniforms but zero recruiting base,
Penn State, they have a good recruiting base, but its not a strong, they haven't sniffed a NC since 1994
OU maybe you could argue , its close we will see how they fare in the SEC.
ETA: I'm gonna disagree on Clemson as well, Dabo has had a great run and i always thought it was kind of a sleeping giant/underachieving program, but we will see if it is sustainable post Dabo.

Compared to other colleges? Yes.
But most successful coaches will eventually be lured away by the NFL.

Does anyone think BR is a nicer place than Tucson, AZ? That didn't seem to bother Jay Johnson leaving Arizona for LSU.

And Arizona is an elite baseball program in a P5 conference with access to shite tons of talent
just some other team fan trying to shite on the city, when that is completely irrelevant to this argument.

CLM was OC at Colorado
Get your facts straight before spewing you vomit in a post
actually he was OC at OSU, i think he was just OL coach at Colorado but unlike Ed O did have a successful run as a HC before LSU

I said nothing about that but you made a false statement which shows a lack of knowledge or a lack of research
You need to read what you said and what I said before popping off like you know everything
It’s obvious you have limited knowledge and no reading comprehension skills
