well, he did have a good bit of rushing yds and TDs last yr, so I don't think it's just his blackness.

Are you serious, you still don't know the difference between Josh JOHNS and Josh DOWNS?

there was some rumor going around a couple days ago that Downs got hurt recently. at first it was thought to be a Dandy Don typo, but then someone else posted that he was injured.

I know the difference, maybe some others around here don't because I have seen people saying that Downs was out too. That is why I asked.

Don't feel like searching...is Huff gonna play? Vegas had him as questionable all week.

I'm not up on Oregon but I agree with your order for LSU.

A big reason we were expected to do well is the experienced OL. This was biggest reason for AUs success last year. Well now our OL is banged up as hell. Easily Dworaxyx is the biggest loss.

I agree Josh D is biggest loss for LSU. One concern I have is 3 of our most experienced players won't be in the huddle on offense. I thenk Josh D is one of our team leaders as shown by Miles having him talk at the barfight press conference. I realize he isn't good enough for Doc but I think he was not only a starter but a leader on our offense.

For UO fans, how long is your LB Kiko that got arrested suspended for?

He runs a 4.6 forty, what do Lee and ZM run it in? Yes, 4.6 legit are wheels for a QB.

I'll make it easy for you, from LSUSN:
"Has rushed for 755 yards and nine touchdowns during his LSU career ... The 755 rushing yards ranks sixth among quarterbacks in school history ... Holds the LSU single-season rushing record for a quarterback with 450 yards during the 2010 season."

Ask UT why they couldn't catch him on that long TD run? A&M didn't exactly stop him, either.

Why didn't Collins win the spot outright during the offseason then?

Use your brain. Redshirt opp for future tackle, now instead is pressed into guard rotation due to an incumbent starter who had started 24 games being injured, LC didn't have to start. If you truly don't believe LC will be better than TBH or JD you don't know much and he is legit 310lbs+ with great athletic ability as a true freshmen, not a 6'6" guy that eventually gained 30 lbs over 3 seasons to get to 300. The thing JD and TBH have on him is knowing the plays/blocking assignments and big game experience. What the frick is with some people on this board? LC is one of the best OL to be signed by LSU in 5-years easily.

Depth on the O-line is one of our biggest strengths, but losing him forces us to play a freshman at his position.

good stuff, everyone.

The point that missing Cliffy is more important now that Lee is starting is a good one.

Kiko is suspended "indefinitely". Most people thought he would play against LSU after seeing him practice with the 1's and 2's, but apparently he was spotted wearing a practice jersey leaving a closed practice last week. It would be awesome (for us) if Chipper planted it, but I doubt it. Not his style. He'll probably be out for another week or two (If we don't use him for you, we don't need him for any other OOC games). He wasn't on the official 2 deep either.

I know there's lots of disagreement amongst you guys, but as an Oregon fan, I am happy to not face JJ. Take that for what it's worth (not much).

Huff is supposed to play, but there are lots of rumblings around Eugene that he's not 100%. He's been limited in practice for months with various ailments. I expect him to play but not be 100%. He's listed as the starter.

To be clear, I have no inside info (or LINK's to reference) so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Realize that Oregon would be able to defend jj better then lee IMO. They see a running qb in practice all the time. Do they even have a throwback qb to run the scout team.?

Jordan's loss is more important because he brings toughness to the position and I guarantee you if Lee take some of the hits that I have seen Jordan take then we will on the sidelines. Shep not playing is not that big because we have replacements that are elusive and can present matchup problems
