Wow. That might just be the saddest thing I've read in this whole ordeal, including a guy getting kicked in the head. The implications of your attitude (and specifically the fact that it is so clearly shared by much of the general public) are far, far more wide ranging and detrimental to society than a single non-fatal injury. People have literally gone to war to erradicate your brand of injustice, and now it's become a bragging point of the commentariat. That's depressing.

There will always be people on the internet peddling kiddie porn, too. Doesn't make it okay for everyone else to do it, too.

Bottom line is there is a very, very small group of people who truly know all the facts surrounding this case, and none of them has any business spreading those facts around on a message board like this one while a criminal investigation is still ongoing. And absolutely nothing but negatives can result from anyone else sharing information that is incomplete and/or unverified. And no number of other people doing it will change the fact that every single person who does do it is participating in the negative results.

Are you capable of not repeating it, or making shite up to add to it? That's all the guy is talking about doing. Just don't say anything unless you absolutely KNOW EVERYTHING about the situation and can give full, complete and verified information.
