My brother watched the Mississippi State game at his friend's apartment, and yesterday, he told me that a former LSU football player, who left the team within the last 2-3 years, was there as well.

This player still works out with the team, and still attends team meetings.

Anyway, my brother said that when a few of his friends started complaining in the 2nd half about how bad we looked, apparently, this player said that there was "a whole 'nother playbook buried in dust." Said it contained "freaky shite", which apparently includes plays involving Shepard throwing and handing off to Jefferson.

Granted, this isn't an excuse by any means. Yes, we've still played poorly. Yes, we are extremely vulnerable, and still have a substantial amount of issues to resolve. However, prior to receiving this information, I was under the impression that we were doing everything in our power to win games. I didn't subscribe to the notion that we were "holding things back".

I do now.

Yes and UGA is gonna employ the much anticipated and closely guarded "GrayHound" package this weekend. With our fleetfooted 2nd string QB. We've also held Marlon Brown out for just this moment.

Awesome! I just knew there were super secret plays that no one knows about (other than former players of course, who by the way tell people they don't even know about them). Let's refer to these plays as the nuclear option. I bet they break them out tomorrow. Final score LSU 58 - UGA 2. Miles has them right where he wants them. I bet he lost a lot of games last year just to set this up.

Oh he's better than Green. We've just been holding him out to "spring" on LSU. Just like the "Grayhound".

Coaches always save plays. Just not completely different offenses. It will be interesting to see how the season plays out. And Georgia is not our last game, so we won't see everything this week either. We still have at least 4 huge games after this week. I imagine we'll see a new wrinkle or 2 in each of them, just not an entirely new philosophy.

I stopped right there. There's no way in hell we have play designed to hand it off to our starting QB. Either you or your friend of a friend is full of shite.

I think this is a lot of nonsense. Think about it. You have another offense that you plan to run against the "strong" competition, but you never take it out for a test drive against the "weak" competition. I know, you don't want the opponents to game plan against it, but that consideration can't exist in a vacuum. It has to be balanced with getting the team some experience running the offense, or at least key portions of it, in a "live fire" exercise. That experience is worth lots more than the secrecy.

Please stop with this crap. Until we do not see it on the field, this has no credibility.

This will just fuel people even more about the conspiracy of our offense.

Les worked fricking hard to keep that shite secret. He even flat out said last Les Miles show that the offense we have seen was the offense we have in terms of play type.

He is probably is about to take a mill out of his salary this year to put a hit on your arse.

Prayers sent.

Can't you read? He said Shepard threw AND handed it off to Jefferson. AT THE SAME TIME. His athletic skill is so awe inspiring it makes it as if the ball splits in to to REALLY frick with the defenses head.

I probably shouldn't reveal this, but a friend of my daughter's dad is on a Mormon council. Evidently Crowton has a secret blog that is only seen in secure locations in Utah. Last night he posted that this week they're finally going to run his full offense, included a double flea-flicker, hook and ladder combo. 8 Tigers will touch the ball on one play.
