This is no different than weak-minded people thinking all the dumb political nonsense they hear on CNN is true.

Seems that the weak minded people are the ones that agree with LK no matter what he says or does.

And it used to have common sense, the kind that knew what was a legitimate fight and one worth the risk.

You really believe there’s some sort of danger regarding this issue? You cannot be that naive.

Before I think we wouldve just taken the unfair treatment and double standard on the chin with a "what can you do" shrug

I like the showing a backbone approach much more.

The difference between our guys and theirs is the distinction between mini camp and training camp? Get the frick outta here. They're 22 yrs old and took the only avenue available to them at the time. shite wasn't right.

I don't think it's weak kneed at all. There is certainly a risk of severe penalties.
Most of us don't have a problem with these kids returning for a fifth year after a cup of coffee at a mini-camp. However, there is real concern that LSU (and the state) may suffer real harm if the SEC wins its federal suit. Remember the suit isn't about eligibility. it's about SEC conferences self governance for its 16 member institution.
The listed penalties of loss of half of operating revenue, half a season suspension for the head coach, voting privileges etc is more than significant and are all severe and inflict heavy damage.
However the threat of expulsion is the de facto "death penalty" for the program. No other P4 conference will have us since they have teh same rules. Teams could boycott us. Recruiting would suffer. The financial impact to the area from lost revenue of visiting fans etc is almost catastrophic. How does the TAF pay its bonds for construction, etc.
So, it's not about telling Sankey to suck it or expose the hypocrisy, double standards, etc. It's about protecting LSU.

I don’t even know how you can call someone who never made the roster of a “pro” team a “pro”
