Not sure. I’m a season ticket holder and I think priority was:

Our seats in Jacksonville were lower level right behind the bench and were student tickets.

I don't know. The way that mine changed like that I would say that they are still loading them up possibly. I keep checking with hopes they move me down to the lowers.
They monitored our posting here and don't want us near Alleva.
My old season tickets for the Caps were in the uppers in a corner and I was still able to follow the puck. So really no bad seats in the house.

I’m wondering how big a difference there is between “uppers” and “lowers”.... ticket office guy told me that he thinks it’s 2 sections stacked on top of each other

I also called the ticket office and they did tell me that there were more requests for tickets than tickets they received. I requested 4 and got all 4. Mine are in the uppers though.

So do you have to clear the arena and re-enter after the first game? I’m assuming that’s how it works?
