If you’re pissed longer than 5 minutes after the game, yes you should reevaluate things.

The amount of NIL money baseball players are getting is way overblown.
The kid came in as a pitcher and is playing of in the season's biggest games. He wasn't comfortable out there. Blame the coaches for not having him ready or not having a more experienced player in that spot. Not the kid.

You can have compassion for him but at the same time acknowledge that he completely choked and ended the season. Where’s your compassion for Hellmers? Dude will never play again and it’s because Brown choked. He let him down, he let his team down, he let everyone down.
I don’t hate the guy. I’m glad he’s on the team. I also don’t like people bullying him on social media and piling on. But it’s OK to be pissed off at him.
The only thing that should make him feel better at this moment is that he was a big part of why LSU got this far, I felt like we were playing with house money these last 4 games. But otherwise, it’s on him. Sorry, it’s true.

I don’t care if Jake Brown is making $5 million a year. I know it’s just internet bravado, but it’s like people have never had a coworker or friend or family member have a rough day at work. I guess they tell them to just frick off and do your job better with zero empathy or compassion.
Like I said, it’s all fake because they’re behind a keyboard but it’s still astounding.

People spend tens of thousands of dollars on college sports. They can feel compassion for a person, but also expect a certain level of play from someone complaining of being drafted as low as the sixteenth round.

I mean, I totally agree. But if that's the case, why isn't anyone talking about Milam 0-5, Neal 0-4, and Braswell 0-3 tonight? There's blame to go around. At least Brown hit a homer.
