If you could see one team fail miserably this year who would it be?

My vote is Texas… I hope the SEC bends them over. 2nd is bama for obvious reasons. Out of conference pick would be Michigan

I agree with the Texas/OU pick but I want to see Bama suffer. It’s time those fans go back to the days of Josh Reed putting up 300 yards receiving on their sorry asses!

Alabama. Alll other answers are incorrect.
We need things to go back to the way they were in the early to mid 2000s before Saban arrived at Bama. LSU ruled the roost and beat Bama 5 times in a row and 7 times in 8 years from 2000-2007.
That’s so long ago that most of you have probably forgotten what it felt like if you were even old enough to appreciate it.

I doubt it. Texas went to Tuscaloosa and bent Bama over backwards last year.
Texas will probably be even better this year with the star quarterback returning.

This term needs to die in a fire as well. It’s the most subjective, biased, political bullshite term out there.

In this order, here are my picks assuming this is asking for football. That list shifts around for basketball and baseball, though Florida & A&M seems to make top 5 in those as well
Texas
Bama
Oklahoma
A&M
Florida

Bama
Oklahoma
A&M
Florida

I don't want bama to fail miserably this year.
I want them to have back to back 9-3 seasons and watch that spoiled fanbase destroy their own program.

Colorado.
Because it is going to happen.
Sooooooo much talky talky.
0% ability to back it up.

Talent-wise UT is a better team this year. They also tend to lose focus when they think games are going to be a cake walk. They aren’t squeaking out games against K-State, Baylor, Kansas, etc anymore. They could legitimately lose games to Moo State, A&M, and Florida if they lose focus.

Texas has a really favorable SEC schedule this year. Oklahoma might be lucky to win 7 games.

Really hoping for a not so smooth transition to the SEC for Oklahoma and Texas. After that, probably a&m and Bama of course.

The answer is Bama.
It would be nice to see Texas fail, and they probably will….
But the answer will ALWAYS be Bama.

I live in Bama so it's Bama for me! Not wishing any bad luck but I hope they don't win a game.

Give them the slow burn instead of ripping the band aid off. I like it, but how about 9-3 then 8-4, then 7-5 and so on.
