No, that's not what I'm saying. But you're clearly a fricking idiot if you think where we are now is a step forward from where we were.

their blind hatred of O.
3-21 in the SEC. 3-21 in the SEC. 3-21 in the SEC.
Followed by a 30 point loss to a mediocre Mississippi State only to be followed by a loss at home to a Sunbelt Troy. The first loss to a non power 5 team in 15 years.
That's not blind hate, but pure fact.

it would be great of you applied the same logic to yourself tbat you apply to other posters.
when you used to gripe about miles not winning by enough did you wany lsu to lose to validate your opinion?

aren't you the one that always says lsu wasn't a great program under Saban when Miles came in?
i said we werent a top 5 program.
at no point did i say the program wasnt good under saban.
This doesnt equate top 5 program...
2000-4 losses
2001-3 losses
2002- 5 losses
2003-1 loss
2004-3 losses

I was told this was a stupid comparison
it is.
when Clemson hired Dabo they were no where near the program that lsu was when we hired O.
clemson hadn't had a top 5 finish 30 + years.
They had 1 top 20 finish from 1991-2008.

There must be something in the water up there that kills your fricking brain cells. Ballscaster had it...and apparently so do u.

Dabo took over a program in worse shape than LSU was, and it didn't have near the prestige.
right but this matter imo.
if lsu hadnt been one of the elite programs from 2000-2015 then i dont think people would be as upset with hiring an unproven and unqualified coach.

Miles is gone. this isnt about him anymore and hasnt been for a year and change. But here you are railing for the guy.
Why don't you go down saturday and help your boy fk up holding back the team in the tunnel...as if we need anymore bad karma.

So beating a top-20 team on the road...I'm not responsible for the rankings....after getting arse raped by State and losing at home to 20-point underdog Troy....is NOT a step in the right direction?
This is what you're saying correct?
If so....you're a fking idiot.
this time last week you were talking shite about o and now that he beat a Florida team youre back on the O bus?
You would be shitting all over the last regime if they had a 1 point win over such a shite team.
you would be bringing up that lsu didnt win it, Florida just lost it.
youd be saying lsu didnt score in the last 26 minutes of game play.

im not railing for anyone. im simply pointing out your hypocrisy. questioning O after the Florida win means i wished we wouldve lost
YET
when you questioned Miles after wins it DOESNT mean you wanted us to lose.

so you're not back on the O bus but you think we are headed in the right direction?

pointing out your hypocrisy doesnt mean I have a man crush.
pardon me for expecting someone to appy the same logic they appy to others, to themselves.
you're making it pretty clear that youre ok with lsu playing like shite as long as it isnt under miles.

nope. i apply the same logic to O that i applied to miles.
when I start dismissing o's win % and final rankings, you can call me a hypocrite.

Not on O bus...well I guess a win is headed in the wrong direction then...yea, that makes sense I guess.

Things haven't really changed all that much. I'm actually shocked your jimmies are rustled. We were playing like shite under Miles...and now were picking up where we left off under CEO.
Maybe an upward trajectory is coming IDK. Maybe the pope will turn jewish or Mars will hit the earth. No place to go but up.
I'm simply trying to maintain some levity. But by all means...you continue your crusade/hissy fit about O because, quite frankly, it seems to be working wonders in terms of on-field production.

Are Oklahoma fans calling for Lincoln Riley to be fired
After that game I honestly wondered if that would be the case. So I got to work Monday and didn't even bring it up, just patiently waited until it came up on it's own. Short answer is, yes they were, to some extent. More than anything, I heard how his seat is now very hot because Stoops would have never lost that game.

What the frick does that have to do with comparing LSU to Oklahoma? And point to me where I said O was a good hire. Stop lumping fair criticism of Orgeron as wanting him to stay. I was defending the fact that some posters said the LSU program would NEVER RECOVER. do you agree or disagree with that?
Edit: I see where I said I wrote that "blind hatred" post incorrectly. My fault. That's not what I meant. I meant they would do anything to rip apart any theory that we aren't as bad as we have looked just to be proven right about Orgeron. That's all.
The argument was that a lot of coaches have bad losses. It's not an I agree or disagree argument. I listed plenty.

Then take it up with RB10. He said that was a better comparison. I had dropped it.
But since you wanted to bring it back up they are pretty similar. You are acting like they were nobodies before Dabo came in bc they didn't have a top 5 finish in 30 years. They were consistently ranked throughout the years that Bowden was there. In fact the year Bowden resigned, they were preseason #9 and expected to win the ACC to that year.

Appreciate that info. I see a bunch of articles written by the media but don't get to talk to too many Sooner fans here in North Louisiana

Do tell. How, again, is firing your most historically successful coach, hiring a 55 year old D line coach with an abysmal coaching record, a historically bad blowout by state and losing to Troy a step forward? You're the stupidest shite for brains on this board. Your parents must be embarrassed.
