I will bet you one million dollars that LSU hosts a regional if it wins its last 19 or so games and walks out of Hoover with a 43-17 record.

08 even got a national seed. That's still pretty crazy.
But there's a big difference in finishing the SEC at 18-11-1 and 16-14. We'd host at 16-14, SEC tourney champs and on a huge winning streak.

Agree with BOAT, as momentum woukd give us that shot. Last year, but for tourney, we ended terribly. If we win 12 of last 14 plus 4 more in tourney = 41-19.

I am just hoping to make the SEC tournament this year. If by some chance LSU wins the tournament, they will go to regional of course, but just like last year, they will not host.

The NCAA would take a 43-17 LSU team way before they would take any other non-perrenial power w/ that same record.

43-17 is about close to what we were in 2009. That's a VERY strong record.
